I have ordered 3 products from meesho on 10 sep amount was 2671, the product delivered on 26 sep, it was a single packet containing 2 packet inside. I have opened the packets and found ragged kurtis inspite of dresses, I immediately applied for exchange in meesho even uploaded pics. Next day delivery boy picked up both products when I asked for exchange product they said it will take 15 days so I mailed in meesho that plz cancel my exchange and return my money then they returned 897 rs when I asked they said u have returned one product so we have paid but I have given two products. After waiting I have called up in customer care then they said complain time span is 7 days which is over.
