I have purchased a charger with earphone (combo offer} from Meesho on may vide order no.134093245645506. It was a combo offer . I have received it 15th june. Cash on delivery was done. but the delivered item was charger, ear phone was missing . I want to exchange it with original one. as per Meesho policy , the item can be exchanged within 8 days. But at their site, exchange form is continued with bank details to be filled. I am not interested for a refund. Only want to exchange it. then why they are asking for my account details. Is it mandatory to provide my bank details if I want exchange the item. please do the needful in this regard. I think this is a cheating from the company.
