While travelling by train before 15-20 days ago, my new jio mobile phone has been stolen by theft. My jio mobile number is 9579440875. I want to de-activate this mobile number. Today i received a message in which the matter is about e-sim replacement request and reference no. of request is CO0000262WLO. Sir, plz help me and de-activate my jio mobile number urgently.
