I took a loan amount of 5000 like 2000,2000 and 1000 after one month repayment date came at last date when I tried to pay dues my money deducted but payment is in processing after 3 days my money refunded back when I tried to pay on that day in application late fee also added along with due. Then after mpokket people started calling me to make repayment and then I told them my problem and requested to reduce penalty then they told me to put a mail for mpokket support I did that also but they didn’t reduced single rupee and making calls daily they are increasing penalty day by day and some people are treating very harshly and bulling me that send police to my home
