I have lost my phone in train and to get an new phone and sim on same number took me a long process and since 1 week I’m trying to repay the loan of 10000 , the app is not working the customer service agents are saying that they are not getting details in their Systems and today I got an call and I have properly explained everything and they are asking for screenshot and I provided and now the recovery agent is not answering the phone and I will not pay the extra interest for their issue Im not responsible for that issue I will only pay the amount I have taken
