I have applied a loan from rupeesmart dhan box app for 6000rs in 16 spt 2022 and disburs amount is 4230rs for 7 days but I don’t receive any amount in bank account and this app shows my repayment date is 23 sept 2022. I have already mailed on his customer support service with bank statement but no response from his side and also the customer care no. Is switched of. They also threatening me and my family contact before the due date to make payment
