I taken first loan from PP money and then Paid it.But after I applied again but they don’t given me loan and after they started me abusive calling

I am paid pp money through online to my federation account account upi transaction but after than pp money page is show your order is expired. Company dont have online customer nuimber .

Please updated in systems and close the loan . If it is not possible then refund of money and agains I will be close its.
