I applied for a loan for 2 times. After that I didn’t applied any loan from this app after 2nd time company only gave me 13,500 loan without my permission who is the responsible for that. When I received 9062 on 22 October in morning suddenly I contact to hero rupee customer care number I talked with him he only said that u have to repay 9062 immediately to his QR code so I did I repayed all the amount whatever I received I have a proof also still in this app it showing 13,500 what to do I don’t know.
