I ordered green jogger which is ₹ 457/- in the date of 24/6/2020. And still they not deliver my parcel i email so many but they didn’t response anything they r totally fraud theluckymen site or company plz take a legal action against them.

Just to inform you that , i too have purchased jogger from “Theluckymen.com”, and it was not shipped for a long, I tried reaching through mail on several occasions but got no response.
so i tried myself and gathered whatever information i can,

After gaining these information, I wrote a mail to seller, notifying him that now I'm registering a complaint with Cyber crime of India. And believe me, a seller who has not responding to my previous emails, responded in 24 hrs and initiated my refund and today i got my refund.
You too can apply this trick.

I too purchased 3 t shirts total valuing Rs.1001 on 1st July 2020 from theluckymen store.Till today there is no response from the co. inspite of the fact that I have sent about six emails to the co.But to no response.It appears to be totally fraud company and on16th I am going to file a complaint to Cyber Crime Cell/Fraud Investigation Cell/Consumer court.
I have faced the same issue. On my first attempt the order was not confirmed but the payment got deducted. I thought the payment will get refunded, hence i have tired for the second time i had received the order number. But the i have yet not received the delivery.
Have got these details from CC Avenue. We should also complaint against CC Avenue.
How they can allow such fraud eCommerce companies to do the transaction through them.
