I have an order to install a new Jio Air fiber connection on 24th Nov. And I have paid for 1 year connection of Rs 12729. The agent told that an engineer will come and install the Jio device and activate connection on 27th Nov. But 9 days passed since and they have not provided connection. I am calling their customer care every two days and every time they say that we will resolve the issue at the earliest. But it has not been so far resolved.
