Dear all,
Today I have reacharge of Rs 185. And I get message also but network and calling not working and they ask for another recharge of Rs. 199.
Then what is a benefit of my first recharge they also says that the recharge for only key pad phone not for smartphones and nowdays most people using smartphones.
And they not showing there any information regarding recharge. Most consumers facing this issue.
That is clearly fraud with me. I against Jio, kindly assist me for this situation
