i am very unsatisfied with your staff and services my jio phone has some display issue and keypad button issue thats whay i was gone at you jio care center bilsi budaun distance 7 km from my home after the waiting of 1.30 hour they told me that replacement not done here its done at sahaswan office distance 30 km from my home why you had these care nearby when a replacement not taking placed there and only 4 persons are there and i was waiting 1.30 hour there but no result total time waste.
