- I am using Reliance jio number 8979664998. On 12 December I searched the best plan for my phone .The plan showed 594 rupees validity 168 days.I recharged by my jio app . Today I found that this plan is valid for jio phones only.I am using smart phone samsung m30. Then why this recharge not cancelled and refunded.
- After that day this plan removed from jio app. Why this plan showed in jio app although not valid for my phone. Now not any jio phone plan shows in my jio app. This is a fraud.
