Greetings
Few months back we ordered lenovo k6 power. But it was a defective product ..so we approached for return process. They delayed very much and we were bummed out. Finally after months the replaced the other mobile called lenovo power(different mobile) ..and we didnt receive any invoice for that. Unfortunately the speaker of this Is also not working and we approached showroom . they said we need an invoice to process.. But we don’t have any invoice for this new Mobile..and tried contacting flipkart ..but it says sorry out executives are busy
We are totally disappointed and we need a proper invoice for this replaced mobile.. Please do this quickly..
