I am writing a raise a serious concern regarding my Jio Air Fiber, which has been experiencing frequently disconnections and very low internet speed for the past 20days. despite multiple calls to customer care and repeated follow-ups with the local technician, the issue remains unresolved.
I have been continuously contacting customer care, but every time, I am assured that the issue will be resolved soon -yet no effective actions has been taken. moreover, the technician who installed the setup box behaved very unprofessionally and spoke rudely when I tried to explain the problem,
This lack of proper service and customer support is highly disappointing, I am unable to use the internet for my regular work, and it’s causing significant inconvenience

1. Arrange for an immediate resolution of the connectivity and speed issue
2. Take appropriate action regarding the technician’s behavior
3.consider adjusting or compensating at the charges for the period of non-services
