I got this Interim order from arbitrator on 5th of august 2021 on my residential address I did not get any prior notice before that and I had discussed with Bank Person Mr.Abhishek regarding this interim order, He assured me that we update your payments details and this notice will not be send in your office, so nothing will be happens from this notice.
Sir only two instalments I could not deposit in given time i.e. one is due on 10 July 2021 which I have deposited on 27.07.2021. Actually I had deposited the said instalment on 25.07.2021 to executive of the bank by cash but due to some technical problem in bank said instalment was updated on 27.07.2021 by bank. Another was due on 10.08.2021 which I had deposited on 26.08.2021. The relevant papers are enclosed here with.
Sir, I am a government servant (Nursing Officer) and till now I am paying the instalments in time except the above two instalments.
Kindly also refer my discussion with you telephonically on 10.09.2021 in this regard.
It is therefore requested to kindly withdraw the sad Interim order & the copy of the same may also be sent to my office i.e. Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya as due to the same I am facing a lot of embarrassment in my office as well as in my home.
