MY TATASKY SUBSCRIBER ID IS 1186170732 FEW DAYS BACK THERE WAS A PROBLEM IN MY TATA SKY AS THE MESSAGE WAS APPEARING ON MY TV ” YOUR DIGICARD MAY NOT BE INSERTED PROPERLY”. I LODGED A COMPLAINT IN TATA SKY CUSTOMER CARE. THE TECHNICIAN VISITED ON 16/04/2021 AND WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE ISSUE HE JUST CHANGED MY SET TOP BOX AND CHARGED RS 400 FOR IT. EVEN THOUGH MY SET TOP WAS WORKING FINE. THERE WAA NO ISSUE IN THE SET TOP. THE ISSUE WAS IN THE DIGICARD.BUT HE DIDNT LISTENED TO ME AND CHANGED THE SETOP BOX. HE LEFT THE HOUSE AFTER JUST 5 MINUTES AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM STARTED. I AGAIN CALLED THE TECHNICIAN FOR THE PROBLEM BUT HE DIDNT PICKED MY CALL.
I AGAIN LODGED A CALL ON TATASKY CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE TECHNICIAN VISIT. HE VISITED ON 18/04/2021 AND THIS TIME THE TECHNICIAN CHNAGED THE DIGICARD. AND THE STARTED WORKING.
I AM READY TO PAY FOR THE DIGICARD AND THE VISIT CHARGES BUT NOT FOR THE SETOP BOX AS MY BOX WAS WORKING FINE. JUST BECAUSE OF THE TECHNICIAN WHICH DIDNT UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE WHY WOULD I PAY RS 400/- EXTRA. ALL THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY TATA SKY ACCOUNT.
