Myself Sadhan Kumar Halder. I had bought Indigo Air Line Ticket on 11.09.22 Which PNR – AV4RFB on Journey Date 06.11.22, But The Airline Indigo had every time change and re-schedule Flight via connecting in Every Journey Tickets. I have a family will be journeyed on 06.11.12 will suffer, because of I have an important work regarding family matter, First I had called airline to do direct flight provide. But every time they add told talk to my senior and then cut and ignore. Request you kindly take action as I had want direct flight at any how, but they airline had denied to operational reason and choose other day. But It is The Airline Mistake I want to go same day on direct. Kindly help and again take strong action. Because of on similar my case how many nos passenger suffer for that journey date? Give me to take same day Direct Flight. Also Still I am Trying to contact the customer executive they had cut and bypass this. So I beg you request look after matter and solve this by giving a direct Flight.
