hello sir I have a complaint of that user they scammed me my 1600rs in my fampay account I have a query I need a refund from that users account bcz I need my refund can u do something see their utr is this UTR: 432938753709 and txn id is this FMPIB1603857879 see their I got scammed of 1.6k rs refund my money back by doing anything see here this is a scammer id who scammed me proof chk this
