I have a complaint against KSEB and the owner of our house that we were using since 3 years. We are using only 2 LED bulbs and an AC. Our electricity bill was 14000. At that time we are not using that house regularly because of my pregnancy. That house was on upstairs. We were complained in KSEB KARUVANNUR office. They will check the meter and the meter was not showing any complaint. After that they told us you must pay the bill of this huge amount. We were a poor family. KSEB official said that the problem of the connection cables. But the owner of the house says that we have to pay the bill. We just vacate that house because this issue. And the owner did not giving us the deposit money of 10000. We paid the bill in installments. And we paid 2 install ment. The owner says the electricity bill to pay to us. So kindly check the connection cables or earth connection if any leakages etc…..
