I renewed my internet connection from GTPL in April 2023. From may 28th My internet stopped working. I raised complain to company but they are giving excuses starting from customer support executive to their managers. Everybody is fraudster and they don’t value customers. everytime I hear story that it will be done ASAP but they don’t commit any date. They run franchisee business where they try to take money on being one of the oldest ISP but they now have ruined their name and prestige. Their customer support people are just robot and then finally asked about refund since time internet not working they saying that. it’s not in policy.
