I am Prachi Abhijeet Giri. On 28 October,2020 I received a call from TechnoCraft Solutions company from Gujarat (7046041213) for data entry form filling job working at home. I am facing some financial problems So I agreed for work with them. Total 700 forms need to complete in 7 days. I completed my work on 04 November with complete accuracy. Then I submitted my work. Afterwards company showed me that there is 130 mistakes in my work. That can’t be possible, as I checked 2 times each & everything before submitting my work. I have a screen shots as well as pdf file of my work which automatically generated before I submitted my complete work. I have a proof.I told them that I have done my work very carefully,there might be some checking mistake from their side But they told that QC report is generated by system not manually so their QC report is aqurate. Then on 09 November, I got a call from Adv Arti Pradhan about I have to pay ₹ 4700 maintenance charge because I signed their agreement and if I did not make payment on same date then they will a case against me and then I have to pay ₹3000 per day penalty and I have to bear all charges of court case which will be ₹180000 to ₹200000 . I tried to explain to her everything very clearly. But she was not ready to hear anything. Her phone number is 9604688728. Then on the same day I make payment of ₹ 4700,but for NOC she told me that tomorrow you will get a call from NOC department for further process of NOC. Then on 10 November I received call from NOC department Adv Disha Tyagi (9175551518) she told me that if u want NOC and you want to cancel the agreement then I have to pay them ₹18500 and if I want continue the agreement then I have to ₹14100 as company maintenance charge of 3 months. I told her that I cant pay now then She told that she is filling case against me. Within a hour I got a message about case number.Suddenly on 10 November, 2020 I got a mail from adv. Minhaz of a legal notice issued aganist me and asking me to pay huge amount of money. I have a doubt that he is a fake lawyer. Please help me as I’m not financially well. I don’t know what to do.
