I bought a pair of dumbells on 23 oct. 2020 of worth rupees 988 from lit basket , the payment was successful but i received no order number and tracking number from their site and nor did any email regarding the same. But i received the message from the bank about amount deduction. The contact number and email address given at their website are also non working. and now on opening the lit basket site there comes some allu allu website.
I am unable to get what to do and how to get the refund.
Its my humble request from you to do some enquiry for my justice and to guide me if the card details provided by me to them during making payement is safe or i need to do something else for protection of my debit card.
Following is the message i received from bank on making payment:
Rs.988.00 spent on POS/Ecom using IB Debit card on 23/10/20 11:15 at PAYU MONEY 0124305 from Ac:XXX228916.
