Text of Complaint by Akshita Basu:

Respected sir, I have allocated with a form filling job from above mentioned company, but they did not provide me any other details of that company except the address, helpline number and mail ID. But they are fake, when I called them, it was indicated as wrong number and mail ID address cannot be found. They called to my number from different Mobile numbers and asked me to pay utility charges for failure in QC report as per agreement.

 

I made a payment of ₹21,450 as per agreement (utility and Maintainence charges)but again they are calling for money which is not mentioned in the agreement( first payment of ₹7500 for registration fee breach, second payment of ₹13950 for termination of contract and generating NOC; and now they are asking for seperate charges to be paid for generating 5 digital signatures ₹5000 each).

 

As i am a student, i did this job for my sake and for necessary spendings and due to this pandemic situation.

Please take serious action against this company . I’ve been harassed by the company as they’re calling from different numbers and mails stating that a legal complaint has been filed against me as I disrespected the court of law.

So this notice and the company are fraudulently running business and they haven’t provided any valid details of their names and addresses too.

I’ve also contacted in the company with same name but at a different location and I was informed that there wasn’t any advertisement or notice for any online part time jobs from their side.

Kindly do the needful and take strict actions against them as it is a matter of urgent concern.
