Sirs / Madams,

My name is Melwyn Crasto. On 16 October, 2020 I had received an email from one Mr.Uday Pandey (email id : [email protected]) from TechnoCraft Solutions, Gujarat, offering me data entry form filling work from home job. As my financial condition is bad spoke to him on his phone number- 8141010522 and I agreed for doing form filling job. He asked me for my Identity Proof, for which I sent my Aadhar Card image by email. He told me that I will receive a verification call and they will send me the agreement along with the username and pass word. Likewise I received a verification call (from mobile number 635921237), confirming my name and telling me about the form filling job and that from my first salary they will deduct Rs.4700/- as a deposit amount. After which they sent me an agreement, letter of acceptance, username and password by email on 16/10/2020.

However when I checked on website about the company’s reviews and found out that Technocraft Solutions is a fraud company, I sent them a reply mail, on 17/10/2020, that I do not accept the agreement and to cancel my registration as I am not available to work for them. I also called the agent Uday Pandey on his mobile number 8141010522 and informed him that I am not accepting the agreement.

On 27/10/2020, I got a mail from  a Mr. Vishal Varma, Legal Officer, Advocate Associate of Technocraft Solution, Legal Department, with the following message :

“We are TECHNOCRAFT SOLUTION Legal Department. This email is to inform you that You have failed/not submitted /canceled your work.Then according to the terms & conditions,you have to pay pending payment before today. If you do not pay the amount then the company is eligible to take legal actions against you. Kindly Reply As Soon As Possible At This Mail. –

Today again I got an email with an attachment saying that it is a legal notice and that I should pay Rs.4700/- Deposit amount plus Rs. 3000/- for legal notice charges within 7 days.

I request you to please look into this matter as many such cases coming up against Technocraft Solutions and many innocent and needy people like me are suffering mentally from their harassment. I request once again that strong action be taken against them and punished for such a fraudulent act.
