respected Sir,
It has come to my notice that a credit card has been issued under my name by an entity named EARCPL. I would like to clearly state that I have never applied for or authorized the issuance of any such credit card.
Due to this unauthorized card, my CIBIL credit score has dropped significantly, and as a result, I am now unable to avail loans from any banks. I have also come to know that multiple legal cases have been reported against EARCPL, which further raises concern about fraudulent activities.
In light of the above, I kindly request you to:
1. Immediately close the credit card issued in my name.
2. Conduct a thorough investigation into how this card was opened without my consent.
3. Initiate appropriate legal action against EARCPL for misusing my personal details and negatively affecting my financial standing.
Please treat this matter as urgent and keep me informed of the progress. I am prepared to escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory bodies if necessary.
