One approached me for freelancing job. She on phone call forced me to fill the details without giving a time to read out details. She asked me for my Aadhar and Pancard. Then she proceed with my portal and asked me to deliver 600 resumes in 7 days which was way to impossible to do. Then after one day 1 day i refuse to do it and that girl told me that if you dont want to do, let me know. I will close your platform. I responded her soon that i dont want to continue. Today I am getting a call from her legal to pay a amount i.e Rs.5900. Is this any joke going on? These people are fooling around so many innocent people

Actually his that digital agreement is INVALID – as first Non Judicial Stamp paper has name of Jobs Search & signing on other following pages is by Resume Services
I agree with Prateek 100% …but by claiming yr money with corrected acc rep on email makes our records clear thats all. Need not pay at all…..only claim our money on email with details.
I became victim of this organisation. They are threatening me to pay the amount of 5900 on discontinuing the job otherwise will take this to court. I cant believe how people make money using such methods. This company should not be allowed to work.
I abs agree with U, I send them my accuracy analysis which makes it 93% …I emailed them will not pay 5900 against failure of accuracy….reversely I climed for correct forms 93% ( 558 ) & informed them that I authorise them to deduct 5900 from this payable & credit balance amt to my acct asap.
I suggest let us combinely form a kind of association …..create common complaint & put it to Surat consumer court & mumbai court email id.
Pls note…in my agreement 1st pg non judicial stamp paper contains first party name as ” Jobs Search ” and all bal pages signed by ” Resume services ” ….mk it INVALID Agreement any way.. ..do not pay but reversly claim yr money by working yr accuracy above 91 %
Guys i have not started any resume, she just called and took my documentation. Now I saw all this fake website and I told i dont wanna do any work. she isnt accepting. what did you finally do @Prasanna Prabhughate

I had proved them that those 72 failed forms are wrong …in my case only 42 were failed
so I am claiming accordingly & for termination I told them to deduct 5900 from my claim.
Now I am just evaluating how much they can trouble legally by sitting in Surat – so legally replying them

Thanx to this page I’ve avoided working top this company. Although I’ve given them a digital copy of my Aadhaar card is there any problem in the future.
