The Flipkart delivery agent asked me to pay for the pay on delivery parcel and he would keep it in my hostel’s office as I was not there to receive the parcel.. I made the payment.. But he didnt didn’t deliver the parcel and marked it as delivered. I contacted the Flipkart customer care but no satisfactory response was received.
