With due respect Sir, I am Abhishek Barua. Due to lock down I lost my job. So I searched on internet for a data entry form filling job working from home. On 7 October, 2020 I got a message on my watsapp regarding form filling job working at home. Company name: TechnoCraft Solution, Gujarat. The agent who sent me message name is -Krishna Verma. His phone number- 7211103693.Work was to complete total 700 forms in 7 days. Afterwards they called me by some random verification department and I agreed on it. Then they sent me an agreement paper. But on that fraud agreement paper there is no signature of mine. At that time I doubt that it is fraud company. But I was not confirmed so I started my work. I completed my work on time with 90% accuracy as per company policy. There was hardly any mistakes. After I submitted my work, after some time I gets message that there was lots of mistakes on my work. As per the company QC report failed. Before submitting the final report, I double checked each every form twice. I even have a screen shoots as well as pdf file of those forms which automatically generated when I submitted my report as an evidence/proof. I even mailed them regarding this issue along with all screen shoots attached with mail. From there I doubt that may be not to give my income as discussed, they tried to do changes on the form so that they can put a blame on me for the mistakes which I’ve not done. But next day I got mail from some adv. Disha tyagi threatning about the legal cases will be imposed on me. I tried to explain everything on a call very clamly, but she refused to listen me on anything. Her phone number- 9175551518. On 19 October 2020, I got mail from adv. Minhaz from Vapi, Gujarat. He sent me legal notice on my mail to pay huge amount of money as a fine and charges. When I searched his name on internet. There were already complaints were registered aganist lawyer Minhaz by people. Few complaints can be easily been found in the website of ComplaintsCourt.com site. From there I got to know that he is a fraud lawyer and threatens everyone under the name of law and charge huge amount of money.

I come from a very poor financial background. To make some income for my family I agreed on this job. But unfortunately, I didn’t have any idea that the company TechnoCraft Solution located at Gujarat would be Fraud. Along with company, lawyers are also fake. They have just not done with me this fraud scam. There are many like me out there, who got trapped in their Scam.
So Sir, I request you to take strict action aganist them who play and do Scam with those innocent poor people. Since I’ve done my work with full dedication and hardwork. Company said early that each form costs ₹20. So total 700 forms costs ₹14000. At least I request to you that I should get the money of my hard work I had put up. From your behalf I request also to punish them and give lesson to them who constantly prey on poor innocent people, take advantage of their situation as well as put mental pressure on us.
Hence I duly request you to take some strict strong action on this regard.

Bro even I got a notice from the above mentioned lawyer who was represented as Lawyer for Noble bright solutions. Many people are there who was and are trapping for this scam. Dont fall for this trap .

The same thing happened to me also but the company name is AQ technology and the advocate is same As Minhas.
They contacted me on WhatsApp and told me to do you want to earn money 21000 for that you have to provide your email id and adhaar card, as I have given to them. Just after that I am getting calls from their verification department and told me to read out the agreement when I read that there is a point of 90% of accuracy and failed to do work on that I have denied them on verification and the WhatsApp also that if this kind of legal proceeding are there then I am no interested in this work but still they sending the login id and password to do work just after that they have sent an email also that they were not available from 14 Nov to 18 Nov.
As I told them that I am not interested in this work , now on 26/11/2020 I received an email from [email protected] for the pending payment intimation letter & on 27/11/2020 they have sent me notice from email id [email protected] to harass me for the payment unnecessarily.
The lawyer name is ADV Minhas as I have checked on internet that there is lots of more complaints for this company and lawyer too.
They are making a mental pressure and harassing me pay the amount.
As I have clearly told them that I am not interested in this work but still they are continuously sending their mails.
I request to the take a strict action this kind of persons. They are harassing poor people , making a trap and put mental pressure on people and forced them and threaten them.

Nothing sister just ignore them and block them nothing they gonna do it, sister advocate don’t send any pdf notice original advocate send you a notice by post not by email or any kind pdf notice. You can also search it on YouTube also there’s lots of video about advocate minaz

Hi ..my name is anamika Hazarika… I’m from assam …. the fraud advocate minhaz also cl me and he treated me such like a dog and he barking around me and asked me for a 16000 amount that he mentally tortured me to send his account rs 16000 and … he noticed me that he made against me as a legal action and … he fully miss behaved me … and his all partner cl me and irritates me .. mentally depressed me so I want to request you all please help me … ?????
I don’t know what action can I have to take …
Just ignore them… Even if they call or send you messages just block them away.
They can’t take you to court because they are illegal themselves. So they just try to scare you and many people fall for that and give them money. I request you not to worry and they’ll stop messaging.
If someone calls you just say you put a complaint in nearby police station regarding their scam jobs. They won’t bother you more.

I have got a call today from a person he called himself advocate gaurav shah.. He said I have to pay 9800 or he will legal notice send to my address. Whats that???
I also got a data entry work from stanley solution gujrat.. but when I completed that work it was not submitted .. when I trt to contact that number from which I get this work there is no response.. but today I received a call he said he is lowyer gaurav shah and company file a case because my work is not submitted. For resolving he said I have to pay 9800 otherwise he will send legal notice..
