As i prefer to use flipkart since last 4 years many times i faced problems regarding late delivery, fake products or defective products but this time they irritated me alot from 2 months, in the starting month of i ordered my medicine ( Mederma Scar Gel) and used it well it also gave me results but after full use
I want to use it again so, i ordered on 24th December 2022, and they cancelled it at the day of Delivery and extand the date till 29th December 2022, but again they cancelled the product delivery at the delivery date as happened at earlier, i interact with the flipkart authority and they again and again give me relaxation that we will surely deliver you the product at time with original product and replace it with the product but again the same thing happened they fix the delivery date on 2nd January 2023, but they delivered the duplicatefake product beacause the medicine i received that was in the fake item that was the metal tube weather Mederma company give their scar gel product in plastic tube i raise the issue but they told me to refund i agreed with them and got the refund then i again ordered the same product from the same vendor to whom i got the original one very first time as i discussed above, i again ordered on 3rd January 2023 they again give me the fake product i raise the complaint for replacement and they again arranged the pick up and delivery of the same item again i received the fake one delivery boy told me to raise the complaint he denied to take it back at the time of delivery when i told him taht itis the fake one he told me the way of customer care i again interact with senior staff of Flipkart but they again give me faith that it would be our mistake to give you the satisfaction of the product, they give me assurance to give me the original one at any cost am getting fed up from they liabilities but this would be not a good thing for the customers to wait for a mandatory product since a month, they can’t imagine how much i need for the product but they every time give me the wrong product last i ordered in the same product on 11th January 2023, but again they give me the fake one. it has been 6 times since December 2022, i can’t wait for the more so i decided to complaint their is unappropriate behave to the public also medicine is the one the mandatory things and they treat people like garbage give them whatever they want am sharing every single screenshot with you and the main thing all the orders which i ordered regarding medicine those all are advance paid am sharing the original and duplicate sample also this is not the good way to run the business in public they should be ban those vendors who delivers the death in the pack of flipkart packing box, I was the good and plus member of the flipkart but now i hated it even i will never prefer flipkart to do any kind shopping even no one from my family or friends is going to use flipkart we wil choose the another option but “NO MORE FLIPKART”. They hurted my feelings

Imake the list of obstacles which i faced from authority of flipkart please take some appropriate action toward Flipkart and vendors too, remaining things i will share on thesocial media platform to banned the flipkart from delivering medical substances. i really fed up and i don’t want it have benn done with the public take necessary action for them thanks
