This below mentioned writen mail regarding issue i have writen mail to the flipkart but flipkart people not reponding.Please help me on this.In this festival season flipkart people frauded the many people like this only please focus on this and help me out ?

This is Nagaraju from hyderabad. Actually I have ordered a IFB 6 kg 5 Star Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater White on 13- november-2020 from flipkart with exchange of my old ifb top load fully automatic good working condtion machine.So i got Delivered on 22nd-november with damage it is verified by your demo person from flipkart.so immediately I informed to flipkart and raised the complaint about this issue. But flipkart people giving me the refund option so i dont want refund why because with that refund valued money I cannot afford to buy new front load washing machine out side . By this I am asking you people give me replacement or give me my machine back with what I paid to flipkart for this product.so please consider it and please help me on this issue.
