I have booked a flight ticket from Paytm wallet my PNR No.- ZFWRMI. and Paytm Booking ID – 10655596296. After cancelled all the flight from Government of India due to COVID- 19 . ThenSUPREME COURT ordered to all airline pay full refund on cancelled flight ticket without any charges. But Paytm charged me Convenience fees – 279 , than Cancellation chage – 299, and cash back -218 .
So I request you to please raise a my concern to Paytm for full refund on cancelled flight ticket as per SUPREME COURT OF INDIA.
