Sir/ Madam,
I was booking a ticket on november 2021 from Travolook. Card was declined but payment made to travel look, on confirming person fro travel look said it hapened due to some technical error at their end. and they told us will be refunded with next 7 working days.i called four five times upto january and then left calling to Travolook. idont know why i m registering my complaint after so many days as it reminds me that this agency should not take us granted and hence required back my amount from my debited account of bank of baroda.
