I was called by a lady/agent that said they would help me get rid of my debt review against my name, then she said the assessment will cost R685.00 a once of paying that will not be deducted this month and only the next coming month, since she said that I’ve exepted that because I knew I didn’t budget for that amount for the pass weekend that we had, but things changed since they had now the power to track there were money in my account they went against our agreement and took my money”
That cost me to make a plan now to borrow interest money and even messed with my Easter long weekend and made that I had a very bad weekend.
I just want my money and want them to deduct the time I have agreed although it’s a once off payment, I want my money they took because I need it”
They didn’t even bother to send me the proof of the assessment that they did, I also want it on black and white the can’t expect that amount of money just for a verbal assessment
Because I get full details for free on credit score app
Please help because this people don’t understand the fact that they went against our agreement
