I have ordered (order #OD12348 , From Family mart , MH enterprises) through Facebook ads. It was Foldable multi pocket water proof bag (Buy 1 get 1 free) @ Rs 1099/- with COD. But when the parcel was delivered to me it has only one bag. But in the parcel package It was written quantity – 2. I ordered on 8th Dec 2023 and the same day i received a call from them asking me to confirm my order. I received my parcel on 14th Dec 2023. I tried contacting on that number but no response was there.
