had ordered vivo t1 pro mobile worth of 24999rs in flipkart website on exchange of vivo v15 pro mobile an exchange value of 8250 which I selected screen and mobile damage in the flipkart options it suppose to be delivered on 24th of August 2022 which was to be gifted to my cousin who was flying cannada on same day mid night flight but they didn’t diliver on promised date fully disappointed waited I called flipkart customer care they said they will deliver product by next day that i, e 25th August 2022 but not delivered and again I called customer care they said 26th August they will deliver and next day flipkart person came and said exchange value is Nil u should pay 8250 which was not acceptable I already paid remaining balance from my credit card and he refused to give the mobile he said talk to customer care so there is no point of exchange offer and waited long time and not received the product and again I need to wait for 3 days to refund my money I called more than 30times to flipkart customer care no response one of your executive used abuse language which not tolerable any consumer forum plz take a strict action not able to satisfy the customer
