I booked a flight from coimbatore to singapore on 08/02/2024 at 11.45pm(flight details-scoot -TR541, PNR-KY1GWJ) through agoda application.
When I booked a flight the baggage information was showing that cabin luggage-10kg check in/20kg free and included in the flight ticket which I paid around $151 sgd..But during the check in inside the airport the scoot staff asked me to pay extra amount of around INR4410 for the check in luggage .
Scoot staff said that luggage is not included in the ticket and we are not responsible for the application problem .
In agoda app shows check in luggage free upto 20kg but scoot staff denied and I paid extra amount. Kindly refund the amount.thank you.
