Suddenly Idea telecom service has started looting Customer saying the outgoing validity is expiring if they are not going to recharge min with Rs.65 or atleast unlimited package should be added to their plan. Even  I have enough balance in my account and I am actively using my Idea sim to receive calls, how can they end my outgoing calls? This is only to loot customers by saying validity. I need to take sever action.
