Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that I was using contact no. 7026774941 from 2014-2015 and the same has been purchased from the shopkeeper in the Ramaiah area of Bangalore. Since the purchase of the same, I have been utilizing the no. by recharging on a regular basis.
Moreover, it is to be noted that I have also got the SIM card updated from 2G to 4G recently, and the same was done through the authorized shopkeeper.
It is to be noted that I lost my phone, Oneplus Nord, in which my two sim cards were inserted having 1. 7026774941 (Idea) and 8318795301 (Airtel). After the loss of my phone, I expeditiously filed a complaint before the Bangalore police to obtain the duplicate Sim cards for which a copy of the same is attached.
In order to obtain a duplicate SIM card, I visited your Vi mini store opposite Wilson Garden Police station your representative informed me to visit the head office situated at Church Street Bangalore as the name of the SIM owner was showing as one Mrs. Manjulahaving permanent address and Home address as 01, Biradenhalli Village, Koratatagere Tumkur, Koratgere- 572129 Karnataka India and the mentioned person is nowhere connected to me.
Moreover, representatives at both the offices stated that they cannot help me even though I have been using the SIM card from 2014-to 2015 and paying to your esteemed Company and your company has been utilizing the money paid from my end. After that, I called the consumer care department of your company and they stated that the issue shall be resolved and a call back shall be arranged but the same has not been done from your company’s end.
It is further informed that my contact no. 7026774941 is connected to Adhar, Pan Card, driving license, Digi locker, bank, and other services and which suffices the usage of it and without any objection from anyone in last 7-8 years.
Due to error on the part of the Company and its representatives I have suffered great loss in my day-to-day work. I request you to check into the matter and help me in getting the Duplicate SIM card having no. 7026774941 as I am the lawful owner of the same and have been utilizing the same for my personal and professional purposes. Kindly check and update the details in the system regarding SIM 7026774941 and a lot of duplicate Sim cards on a priority basis.
