Text of Complaint by Pawan Kumar:

I ordered an Iqoo 9 SE on 3rd May 2022 on 6 th emi basis. I received the product but when credit card statement comes , the whole amount was deducted, there’s no emi took place. I contact both ICICI BANK and AMAZON customer but both deny . Amazon said that I have not ordered on emi and the no record that you ordered on emi and told me to pay full.

Its very disruptive to me . No solution provided from both sides.
Please help me regarding this.
