I paid my electricity bill on 16 Aug 2022. But that payment was not complete at payzapp. Money was debit from my bank account on 16 Aug 2022 .
When I called them they told me . Payment was not done some internet issue.your payment was refund in 3 working day.
Today I again call there and they told me it take 7-10 days .I don’t think they have any intention to refund my money
