I puchased set of rachet spanner set from Eastman cast and forge ltd. On 22 April 2022 and when i recived product i found 3 of them are duplicate. I contacted to Manager Jimmy Sharma they said they will send another shipment for the duplicate one but they ignored it till today. I have regarding bill, records, and call recording too. Plese help me out.
