Dear Sir,
This complaint is to inform you that in my area Castrol duplicate lubricants is highest sold. On the same MRP and same pack it is sold but lubricant is duplicate which is creating problem to customer. Every mechanic is doing same thing no one bother about bike’s engine damage.They are bringing duplicate lubricant from Purnea (district of Bihar) at price of 160 -170 rupees per pack and selling it price of 450 approx as the price of original which is fraud done to every customer every day by mechanic.
This mail is written to you to stop selling of duplicate lubricants in my area and take strict action against this.
