Text of Complaint by BABU RAM OJHA:

I applied for Jio Fiber on January 15th, 2026. A company employee named Bhanwar Singh visited my home and completed my KYC on 16th January 2026. I transferred ₹599 to the company’s account. However, to date i.e. 7th February 2026 at 5:00 PM I have not received internet service. The company’s employees are not responding and are not even attending the phone calls.
