Hello, sir i am shivraj parmar
I am using dhani one freedom card from many days, and i have cancelled my subscription and blocked my card but still they are demanding subscription fee
But i before some days i got call from dhani customer care that pay your subscription fee then you’ll be able to cancel your plan, i have decativate and blocked my card after paying subscription fee but after 4 Days it’s showing due and i am getting calls and texts from dhani service, and i am very unhappy with it, when i was using card i have called them there was showing that call failed Everytime and sometimes customer care didn’t respond, and i was frustrated, and mentally disturbed because of them, please help me
