Respected sir,
I use a credit line of dhani One year ago I pay all amount of dhani .dhani credit line charges was 500 rs that time i try hundred time to pay this but ever time it’s goes to my wallet when I call to custumer care they said you don’t need to pay this and they reply me that you are monthly custumer now you are converted to daily custumer so your charges is zero rupee. But now i open this app of dhani i saw that that 500 is now 6000 .and now they call me to pay this amount. I mailed hundred time that payment not received by you they don’t give me any reply that time .Sir please solve this problem .thank you
