I have ordered food through swiggy from “The Apus” restaurant on May 24 2023. The delivery boy picked up the order and spoiled the food as told by swiggy to me over phone. They asked whether I want a replacement or refund and I asked for replacement. but around 9.30 they cancelled my order. I don’ t have my food. Similar thing happens on May 26 2023. I have ordered from the same restaurant ” The Apus”. The delivery boy picked up the order and he is not moving till 3 hrs. I called swiggy they asked me to wait for another 15 mins.After that They said they will replace my order but the order gets cancelled and they refund my money. This kind of harassment is given by swiggy.
