Hello sir, my name is sandeep kumar,i have ordered a product through a merchant which was scheduled to be delivered by ekart on june 10 but they came to my residence on the date and could not generate the OTP which was required to give the parcel to the customer and then they refused to give me the parcel even after showing them my order id and name. They went ahead and refused my order and in remarka they posted that customer rejected the order. I have paid the money still due to their negligence i am not getting my product. Please help
