It is very annoying that I had to call your customer care many time .
I had requested at customer care officials for four times for deinstallation of my dish TV from A Ojas Appartment Pashan Baner Link Road, Pashan Pune and install it at coep hostel campus Shivajinagar Pune. Every time I got assurance that my request was forwarded and I will get a call from technician and the work would be done within two hours. No technician called me , Instead I got the message that the work completed, Whereas no technician had visited to any of my addresses old or new. It is ridiculous that without actually doing the work I get messages that the work is completed. Every time I had to repeat all information, about addresses, and every details, why customer care can not refer on computer screen. The people at your office are not in position to note and spell correct address.
