Purchased Ninja fire boltt smart watch from Amazon. Date 19 oct 22 Item found defective & as per policy claimed refund purchase amount. 1799. Amazon representative collected item from home. Then after. 3 month i am chasing for refund amount but not success. Now amazon replied that they got wrong item & can not refund. Amazon nither refund & not return my purchased smart watch.. fraud with me ..please help
